Restauranteurs Russell & Desta Maree Klein called on Flannery Construction to expand their thriving restaurant in historic downtown St. Paul.

We added 40 seats to the 80-seat restaurant, installed a zinc oyster bar, and expanded the kitchen to accommodate Meritage’s new offerings. Flannery Construction worked closely with the owners, architect, and building technicians to ensure the final product looked and functioned as planned, and met all city and state requirements.
