Project Details

Our team renovated this nearly 100-year-old brick building for 10 Missions Media. The cutting-edge design and finishes include tire-tread accent walls, engine block coffee table, professional media room, gymnasium, unisex showers, suspended clouds, hanging retractable power drops, polished concrete floors, and stacked metal containers with spiral stairs providing office and storage space. The interior has a 20-foot high wood beam ceiling supporting new HVAC RTUs and exposed ductwork for year-round comfort. Flannery Construction continues to provide service work for the firm.
