“In our 20-plus years partnering with Flannery Construction, the company has been beyond reproach, with commitment to the construction trade in which they deliver honest, fair, quality workmanship at a competitive price for services. Project for Pride in Living (PPL)
“Thank you for your support of our recapitalization of Minneapolis Southside properties. By your hard work, all seven buildings and landscaping have received much-needed capital improvements. The properties are 100% occupied and have helped PPL raise the standard of the housing we provide. In addition, four formerly homeless families have been in their new homes for more than a year now. We just want to say thank you for all your hard work in making this happen. May this be a shining light during the current housing crisis in our nation.”

James J. Hill Center
“I had the pleasure of working with Flannery Construction as the liaison for our historic elevator replacement/renovation project at the James J. Hill Center. We had a fantastic experience with our project manager and project superintendent. As with all major projects, we ran into unforeseen issues. We were able to easily work through issues and come to mutually beneficial decisions. I enjoyed our relationship on all levels of the organization and would hire the Flannery team again.”
