Project Details

Stryker Senior Housing in the west side of St. Paul features 57 units of affordable rental housing for seniors ages 55 and older. With a mix of one-bedroom and efficiency apartments, the building rents only to individuals with household incomes at or below 30% or 50% of the area median income. Developed in partnership with the Neighborhood Development Alliance, Flannery Construction built a modern apartment community with features including solid maple cabinetry, laminate countertops, LVT (laminate vinyl tile) flooring, and central air. Residents enjoy a community room, deck, picnic area, and raised-bed garden and washer/dryer units on every floor. As the lead builder, Flannery Construction was able to meet the Placed in Service deadline.
