Project Details

Flannery Construction renovated a downtown St. Paul storefront to create a combined theatre and performance space within a restaurant setting. The project included installing a commercial kitchen, a lower level prep kitchen, dressing rooms, and office space as well as a mezzanine loft for DJ equipment. All systems were brought to compliance with current fire code and ADA requirements.
