Project Details

A Seward neighborhood institution, the Birchwood Café opened its doors for business in 1995. Flannery Construction’s 2013 renovation added a 1,380 square foot addition which brought its restaurant and catering functions under one roof. Next, we remodeled and updated bathrooms, and added seating and meeting space. With its signature eclectic décor intact, the Birchwood Café reopened its doors to critical acclaim and increased business.
