Project Details
This complex urban infill project included demolition of the previous building on the site, abatement and soil remediation to clean up the Brownfield development site, and extensive shoring to ensure construction did not affect surrounding buildings or the nearby transit system.
The result: Model Cities BROWNstone, a 58,000 square feet, 35-unit, 4-story building with commercial space on the first level and underground parking.
