Project Details

Centro Tyrone Guzman is the largest and oldest multi-service Latine organization in Minneapolis. Flannery Construction renovated its headquarters to make it more functional and safer for its various needs within a very limited budget. The renovation included building out a commercial kitchen to meet NSF standards, as well as significant updates to its flagship Montessori School. Additionally, more secure points of entry to the building were built along with other architectural safety elements. At every phase, Flannery Construction was able to preserve the character and original aesthetic of the cultural hub.
