Project Details

Flannery Construction built its 19,000 square foot office and warehouse space on St. Anthony Avenue at Hamline Avenue in St. Paul, consolidating our offices, storage, and scattered warehouse spaces under one roof.  The building design incorporates energy efficient technologies such as in-floor heating and geo-thermal heating and cooling. Special attention is given to efficient work flow design, using LEAN management principles.
