Project Details

This renovation project updated an 11-story occupied senior apartment building. Kitchens and bathrooms and finishes were updated throughout. Residents were not relocated during construction. The community room was set up as a daytime lounge, complete with donuts and other amenities, and residents were able to return to their units each evening.
