Horizon Heights

Project Details

Horizon Heights was built in 1980 as an affordable 25-unit townhome development in Burnsville, Minnesota. New ownership hired Flannery Construction for a much-needed renovation project after years of neglected maintenance had created unsafe living conditions for its tenants. Flannery Construction updated all of the units’ kitchens, bathrooms, paint, flooring and landscaping. Additionally, significant mold remediation was completed, along with grading to keep water away from the buildings. Flannery Construction was able to meet all Monthly Placed in Service deadlines while the homes were fully-occupied, with residents expressing gratitude for the work in updating the neglected property.
