Designed to be a catalyst for business growth across many cultures and ethnicities, the Eastside Enterprise Center/Latino EDC transformed a long-neglected building into a hub for building business capacity. Flannery Construction transformed three attached but unrelated structures into a coherent space: an historic 1895 building, a 1970s addition, and a large warehouse. The site now houses event space, offices, and more.
