Our Lady of Peace

Project Details

Our Lady of Peace has provided residential hospice care from its St. Paul campus for more than 80 years. When the non-profit organization decided to convert its 21 shared rooms into private suites, it hired Flannery Construction to renovate and expand the facility to create comfortable and welcoming spaces for hospice patients and their visiting family members. The complex project included building an addition to an interior courtyard of the building while the Center was serving hospice patients. Flannery Construction phased the project accordingly – developing and executing three phases to complete both interior and exterior work, all while showing the utmost respect for the hospice patients and their family members. Work included new windows throughout, additional parking, updates to the courtyard, an entrance canopy, a welcoming lounge, conference rooms and offices.
