Flannery Construction and Booker Construction partnered to build this 75-unit residential development on the East Side of St. Paul. The site includes a terrace, gazebo, and bike paths, and we took care to preserve the native wetland area throughout the process. This public/private-funded project is part of a redevelopment effort surrounding the new Phalen Boulevard in Saint Paul.
