Project Details

The newly-built Plymouth Apartment Buildings have brought dozens of affordable housing units to North Minneapolis on a site previously occupied by a vacant church. Constructed in partnership with Matrix Development, the buildings include 63 studio, one- and two-bedroom units with rent and income limits below 50% of the area median income. 14 of the units are set aside as permanent supportive housing, in partnership with Simpson Housing. The buildings include community rooms, common laundry areas and a bicycle storage and repair room.
