Portland Place Residences

Project Details

Flannery Construction worked with Project for Pride in Living (PPL) to build Portland Place, a new construction for-sale affordable housing project located in the Phillips neighborhood of Minneapolis. The multi-unit project comprised 2-, 3-, and 4- bedroom residences as well as larger twin homes.  Each unit has its own private entry, air conditioning, laundry facilities, a balcony or porch, off-street parking, and a shared playground on the grounds of the Residences. Flannery Construction worked with Habitat for Humanity to construct two of the twin homes.
