Project Details

Flannery Construction was hired to remodel a single-family home in the Linden Hills neighborhood of Minneapolis. Because the neighborhood is in extremely high demand, the opportunity to remodel – rather than tear down and rebuild – was exciting for all contractors involved with the project, as well as for the home’s neighbors. Flannery Construction completely renovated the home, including creating an open floor plan; installing new windows, hardwood floors and exterior siding; creating a spa-like bathroom; and fully updating the kitchen. Neighbors have praised Flannery Construction for its work to update the home and preserve its character.
