Project Details
Formerly the Grace Community Church, this 100-plus year-old landmark is on the St. Paul Historic Hill District’s National Register of Historic Places. To make the site home to SteppingStone Theatre, Flannery Construction converted the sanctuary into a 430-seat venue with a proscenium-style stage equipped with modern lighting and sound.
Now a neighborhood institution and mainstay in the performing arts community, Flannery Construction received an Historic Preservation Award for its work on this project.
