Project Details

This historic building on St. Paul’s East Side was remodeled to become mixed-use commercial/retail on the street level, with apartments above. The building features decorative brickwork and the exterior wood trim was restored to its original condition. Using historical photos as a guide, we restored the parapet roof back to the original. We worked closely with the owner/developer to stay within a limited budget. Flannery Construction received an Historic Preservation Award for our work on this project.
