Project Details

TU Dance is a leading voice in contemporary dance. When the owners acquired old warehouse space to transform into studio space, Flannery Construction worked with the owners and the City of St. Paul to create a code-compliant studio space. In Phase II work, we completed a second floor expansion to accommodate TU Dance’s classes, as well as school and rehearsal space.
