Project Details

Located on the old Minnetonka High School site in Mound, Minnesota, Village by the Bay offers a touch of the rural with the convenience of urban living. One of the largest planned developments in the western metro area, Village by the Bay is home to 99 units, including two 20-unit condominium buildings. The townhomes feature open living areas, nine-foot ceilings, covered patios, and quality buyer upgrade options.  

The Greathouse Condominiums are spacious and open 1- and 2-bedroom units. Features include-nine foot ceilings, fireplaces, and underground parking. Flannery Construction created an efficient system to manage the many buyer options/upgrades as the units were sold.
