Western Bank

Project Details

Western Bank is a landmark St. Paul institution. This building was designed to fit with the historic urban architecture of the Dale and University Avenue neighborhood. Amenities include a rooftop patio, substantial windows, and a full stone/brick façade. Western Bank and the Neighborhood Development Center (NDC) both operate out of the two-story building. Classically elegant and referencing older nearby stately buildings, the building is innovative in its use of exterior materials.
