Century Plaza 

Century Plaza is a 59,000 square-foot mixed-use commercial building located on University Avenue in St. Paul. Flannery’s Service Department was hired to remodel the basement of the building to add bathrooms, storage and office space, as well as update the furnace and electrical systems. Flannery also added covered stairs and handicap ramps to the exterior of the building, and installed a new siding facade including tuckpointing and painting of the existing brick.
