Project Details

Flannery Construction worked with Community Development Housing Corporation to build Brandes  Place Townhomes, which encompasses sixteen 2- and 3-bedroom rental homes. The units feature walk-up front porches, finished basements with bathroom and playroom, and ADA-compliant exterior basement entrances. One townhouse is designated to be one-story and fully ADA accessible. There is a children’s playground located at the west end of the site.
