Project Details

As the contractor of choice for two different Hennepin Theater Trust owners, Flannery Construction has a longstanding relationship with the Trust. Recent projects were completed in three phases to coordinate with major cultural events in downtown Minneapolis. The remodel created space for large events, administrative offices, and smaller gathering spaces. As a result, the facility was able to host Super Bowl LII gatherings as well as theatre patrons attending the Hamilton musical production.
