Project Details

Jackson Place is a mixed-use project with 34 apartments, seven commercial spaces, and underground parking. Located on the Mississippi riverbank in Elk River, the building has a block foundation, two floors of precast, and two stories of stick-frame construction. The exterior is brick masonry with stucco.

This project is part of the city’s larger redevelopment plan to recreate the historic atmosphere of Elk River. For two years, Flannery Construction worked with the developer, city officials, architect, and the community to ensure the project matched their vision and their budget.
