Project Details

Nicollet Ace Hardware expanded to triple its original size by taking over three adjacent spaces. The project was completed in two phases to ensure the store could stay open during construction. The first phase connected and renovated the newly acquired spaces: a bar, a restaurant, and a bowling alley. The hardware store then moved into the finished space while work began in the original shop. Special attention was given to preserving the building’s original exterior design.
