Project Details

Owámniyomni Okhódayapi is a Dakota-led nonprofit working to advance the restoration of the five-acre lock and dam site along the Mississippi River. As a joint venture, Flannery and Raven Construction renovated the organization’s new office and program space in the historic Crown Roller Mill building. The buildout has created a culturally-grounded workspace that supports the mission and upcoming restoration efforts, including limestone bluff stabilization and an ADA-accessible trail set to begin in 2026. The full-office buildout includes new walls, glazing, finishes, and carpentry to create a functional space that honors and advances the organization’s important work.
