Flannery Construction built the first LEED Gold Certified police station in St. Paul. The 38,000 square foot new construction building delivers healthy indoor air quality and energy efficiency. Most of the building materials were extracted and manufactured locally. The City will see $34,000 in annual energy-cost savings.
