Flannery Construction led a substantial interior and exterior renovation on 48 units of housing in these seven buildings in south Minneapolis. Improvements included replacing the outdated mechanical and electrical systems. Four units were reconfigured into two units to house larger families. The major improvements— including new windows, siding, tuck-pointing, and roofing—should extend the buildings’ lives another 30 years. Most units were occupied during construction.
