Project Details
Flannery Construction repurposed a car dealership site into a generous office and hospitality space for Springboard for the Arts, an artist-led community and economic nonprofit. The build-out incorporates an addition with elevator access to a new roof patio. Unique site features include a solar panel array, a rainwater capture system and a walking track.
This project won the 2021 Watershed Project of the Year Award from the Capitol Region Watershed District.
