Project Details

Saint Therese is a nonprofit senior care organization with six senior living communities in three states. For more than 60 years, the organization has provided exceptional care for seniors. After a sprinkler head malfunctioned and caused significant water damage, Saint Therese hired Flannery to repair and refresh five units within its Oxbow Lake community. In collaboration with the architect partner, the team used this opportunity to redesign and revitalize existing units, and to create a template for future remodels and additions to the facility. All units were renovated including new paint, flooring, cabinets, doors, lighting, and plumbing fixtures. New insulation and drywall were installed in the units that were most impacted by water damage. The refreshed apartments offer comfortable, modern living for seniors needing supportive care.
