Project Details

Established cannabis grower/retailer Theory Wellness hired Flannery Construction to build its 20th location, the company’s first in Minnesota. The St. Paul dispensary includes both a modern, welcoming retail storefront and a connected grow operation for the largest employee-owned Cannabis company in the United States. Drawing upon decades of experience in highly-regulated industries, Flannery managed the facility’s construction to meet the specialized requirements of the emerging cannabis sector. Flannery implemented complex infrastructure, including unique ventilation and temperature control systems for the grow area and advanced security features for the retail storefront. Throughout the project, Flannery focused on navigating strict regulatory requirements while identifying energy-saving opportunities.
