Project Details

As part of the Seward neighborhood’s Focus Arts Building, Flannery Construction’s build–out of Threads Dance Project’s new space accommodates teaching, rehearsals, and programming. The studio dance area includes office and changing room space. The project transformed a previously uneven industrial floor into a level space for future expansion of the dance studio.
